Post-Transaction Submission Checklist (Mandatory Brokerage Compliance)
This checklist sets out the documents agents must submit immediately after completing any sale or lease, in compliance with TRESA and brokerage record-keeping requirements—including the executed agreement, listing agreement, waivers and amendments, Form 320, FINTRAC identification, deposit documentation, sales report, and any disclosures. It applies to both listing and co-operating agents, and incomplete files are considered non-compliant. Important Advertising Compliance Following Brokerage Name Change
Following our official brokerage name change to Golden Team Realty Inc., all advertising and public representations must immediately reflect the new registered name to stay compliant under TRESA and RECO's Code of Ethics—including MLS listings, websites, social media, business cards, email signatures, marketing materials, and signage. Internal Products & Services Marketplace Policy
This policy governs Golden Team Realty Inc.'s internal Products & Services Marketplace—a voluntary, information-sharing platform where registrants and staff can access business-support products and services. All purchases are entirely optional and are never tied to registration, commissions, leads, or advancement. Products are sold by Golden Team Group Management Inc. and/or independent third-party suppliers, not the Brokerage, and all payments, refunds, warranties, and disputes are handled directly with the supplier.
