1. Our Commitment
Golden Team Realty Inc., Brokerage ("Golden Team Realty," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing an accessible digital experience for all users of our internal agent portal located at https://agent.goldenteamrealty.com/ (the "Portal").
We believe that everyone, including persons with disabilities, should have equal access to the information, tools, and services we provide. We are committed to identifying and removing barriers that may prevent any user from fully participating in the Portal experience.
This Accessibility Statement is provided in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Ontario Regulation 191/11).
2. Conformance Standard
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
While we work toward full conformance, we acknowledge that some areas of the Portal may not yet meet every WCAG 2.0 Level AA criterion. We are actively working to improve accessibility across all features.
3. Accessibility Features
The Portal includes, or is working toward including, the following accessibility features:

• Keyboard navigation — most Portal functions can be operated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse;

• Alternative text (alt text) for informative images, allowing screen readers to describe visual content;

• Logical heading structure to support assistive technology navigation;

• Sufficient colour contrast between text and background to support readability;

• Resizable text — users may adjust font size through standard browser controls without loss of content or functionality;

• Clear and consistent navigation across pages;

• Descriptive link text to help users understand the purpose of each link.

4. Known Limitations
We are committed to transparency. While we work toward full conformance with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the following limitations may currently exist:

• Third-party embedded content — certain features within the Portal rely on third-party services (such as Cognito Forms, embedded video players, and Google Drive viewers) whose accessibility we do not directly control. We make reasonable efforts to choose accessible service providers, but accessibility may vary;

• Uploaded documents — some documents uploaded to the Portal (such as PDFs of training materials or pre-construction resources) may not be fully accessible to screen readers. Where this is the case, we will provide an accessible alternative upon request;

• Video content — captions, transcripts, or other accessible alternatives may not be available for all training videos at this time. We are working to expand caption coverage across our training library;

• Custom interactive components — some interactive features built using custom code may not yet fully support all assistive technologies. We are continuously improving these components.

5. Alternative Formats
If you require Portal content in an alternative format (such as large print, accessible PDF, plain text, or audio), please contact us using the information in Section 6. We will work with you to provide the requested content in a format that meets your needs, free of charge, within a reasonable timeframe.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review the Portal and make improvements to enhance accessibility for all users. This Accessibility Statement will be updated as our practices evolve.
